Assessment Payments

DEPOA is currently collecting payments for the 2025 Assessments and is providing two methods of payment for paying your assessment dues.

Or you may use the Credit Card Online Payment system below for a fee. The fees are charges incurred by PayPal for using their system and have been built into the amount.

Step-by-step instructions have been provided below to help you effectively use this system. Please read instructions prior to making payment.

Instructions For Using Online Payment System Below

Use the dropdown menu below and select the number of lot(s) ;
Note to add a 1/2 Lot to the PayPal cart, you will need to select "Continue Shopping" in the PayPal window and it will loop you back to the DEPOA.org Main webpage. Select "2025 Assessments" webpage and add the "1/2 Lot" from the dropdown menu and follow Steps 3 & 4 below.
Enter the "Legal Owner's Name" in the field indicated below;
Enter the "Unit and Lot(s) Number" in the field indicated below;
Select Payment Method "PayPal or Debit/Credit Card"; and
Follow PayPal instructions to submit payment.
