When considering obtaining the inundated land from DEPOA that is below the 1020’ line, you may ONLY acquire the land that has been allocated as per the 1997 Bacca Survey & Deed titled “Master Easements for Inundated Lands Adjacent to Donall Estates” to your DEPOA Property above the 1020’ line. This deed document dated January 9, 1997, is recorded in Volume 732, Page 807 of the Real Property Records of Burnet County, Texas.
In addition, you must also comply with the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) Dock Safety Guidelines. Please review prior to building any structure on inundated land in front of your DEPOA property. These documents as well as the 9/17/2023 Email with the Instructions for acquiring inundated land have been provided below for your convenience.
